Johnson Controls Frasers Group Tyco Fire Monitor Water Canon Live Test Case Study Video

This has been one of the largest and high-pressure event video productions that we have worked on with Johnson Controls under the video production retainer they have with us. The GLP team were tasked with documenting the first live test of Tyco Fire’s Fire Monitor System, at Frasers Group’s Sports Direct Distribution centre in Mansfield. The state-of-the-art system was an AI controlled water canon that could target and pin-point detected heat signatures, the idea being to extinguish fires without causing water damage to everything in the room like a traditional sprinkler system would. Present on the day were various senior members of the Tyco Fire team, local fire departments and other senior stakeholders within Frasers Group. There were no second chances with this test, it had to be captured perfectly first time!
